UCT Registration

UCT Registration Process:

The following information is available to each inquiring family:

• An online form for registering a student for the school year

• Course Descriptions for each class for class requirements, curriculum, class info, etc. 

• Access of the 5 required printable forms for completion of the UCT registration process

• Payment Plan

• All families are required to attend a Parent and Student Required Meeting before classes start in August. A parent and their participating student(s) must attend the meeting together. Two different dates will be available for the parent and student required meeting. Only one meeting is necessary to attend as long as the parent and student attend together.

1) Monday June 8th at 6 pm

2) Monday, July 13th at 6 pm

*If you and your student cannot attend one of these meetings together, then it is the parent's responsibility to contact the director, Melissa Tiebout, and meet with her at a separate time before classes begin on August 4th. 

• With the growth of UCT, a parent/student entrance meeting may be asked of you and your student in order to assess your family’s educational needs and goals as they pertain to the purpose of the tutorial.
